The Pit

The Pit is the only student nightclub on campus and home to the legendary Pit Night is hosted every Wednesday. (Be there early, because the line-up can get pretty long.) The Pit is available for club/commercial bookings other days of the week.

THIS IS TO NOTIFY ALL PIT PATRONS OF THE UPDATED WEDNESDAY NIGHT “PIT NIGHT” NOTICE:

September 1st to April 30th – Wednesday Pit Nights are only for students.

To enter the premise of Pit Pub on Wednesday’s, patrons need to show student I.D. and a government of Canada/province issued I.D.
Patrons will NOT be permitted to enter Pit Pub if they fail to provide valid student I.D. and government issued identification.
This is valid for UBC and non-UBC students.

May 1st – August 31st – Wednesday Pit Nights are open to ALL patrons, not just students.

Patrons need to show a government of Canada/province issued I.D.
No student I.D. required during this period
Note: This applies specifically to Wednesday “Pit Night” only
